Delivery Methods and Terms
After we receive your order we will send you an order confirmation. Orders are delivered through postal service from Finland and Russia. See the “Shipping from …” line in the items descriptions.
Delivery Time
Delivery time is generally 5-10 workdays (orders shipped from Russia can take at least 14 days for delivery, keep it in mind) after we have received your payment.
If the product you ordered has gone out of stock or it’s delivery will be delayed, we will inform you and give you new delivery time. If you wish not to wait you can cancel the order.
Shipping Costs
Our prices already INCLUDE delivery fee and packaging.
Payment methods and prices
Payment can be done via PayPal. You will get the payment details in your order confirmation.
Contact, claims, product returns etc.
If the product you received is not what you ordered, is defective or damaged by the carrier, contact us within 10 days from the delivery.
Products have 30 days money back guarantee.
The returning product must be unused.
NOTE! Before you return the product, contact us to get the proper return instructions. We will not accept any returns by other methods.
Privacy Policy
Billing address information provided by customers to payment gateways is not stored externaly (on local computers).
